VavaCars Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy

To purchase a vehicle from us (the "Vehicle") we need certain documents and information from you. We need documentation and information from you in order to verify your identity and the identity of your authorised representative.

Individuals

  1. In order for us to sell a Vehicle to you, we will need to obtain the following information from you:
    1. Your name and surname, place and date of birth, nationality, type and number of identity card, residence address, signature sample, telephone and fax number, e-mail address (if any), job and profession information.
  2. In addition, you will need to provide original copies of the following documents to your inspection appointment:
    1. If you are a Pakistan citizen:
      1. Your national identity card.
    2. If you are not a Pakistan citizen:
      1. Your passport; and
      2. Two proofs of address dated within 3 months (this can be a bank statement, tax or utility bills, excluding mobile phone);
  3. Sole Traders, Partnerships & Limited Companies

  4. In order for us to sell a Vehicle to you, you must provide us with the following information:
    1. The company’s business title, NTN, field of activity, address, telephone number, and e-mail address (if any);
    2. The dealer registration certificate issued by the concerned excise and taxation office;
    3. Information regarding your authorised representative or director authorised to purchase the Vehicle on the business’ behalf:
      1. Their name and surname, date of birth, nationality, residence address, telephone and, e-mail address (if any), job role in your business and profession information; and
        1. Their national identity card / Passport (for foreign nationals).
  5. If you do not provide the information and documentation mentioned above, we will not be able to sell you the Vehicle and/or this may cause delays
